On June 22, 2026, a high-level delegation comprising ECOcero CEO Jorge and CarlSky International CEO Carlos paid an official visit to Jurong City, Zhenjiang, at the invitation and under the coordination of CarlSky International Trading Technologies. The primary objective of the visit was to assess potential avenues for collaboration, with a particular focus on ECOcero’s advanced technological capabilities and the strategic advantages offered by Jurong as an investment destination.

ECOcero’s interest in establishing a manufacturing facility in China is driven by growing market demand and the strategic need to better serve the Chinese market through improved pricing structures, significantly reduced delivery lead times, and overall operational cost optimization. A local presence would enable the company to respond more swiftly to customer needs while enhancing its competitive positioning in one of the world’s most dynamic economies. Furthermore, establishing a foothold in China would serve as a strategic springboard for future expansions into the rapidly growing Southeast Asian markets, leveraging China’s logistical connectivity and established trade networks to facilitate regional growth.

The delegation conducted a comprehensive site inspection lasting just over four hours, which included visits to several designated industrial plots as well as ready-to-move-in facilities. These tours provided valuable insight into the city’s infrastructure readiness and operational convenience for prospective investors. Throughout the visit, the delegation was genuinely impressed by the quality of the available assets and the warmth of the local reception, returning with a strong sense of optimism and enthusiasm for the prospect of establishing a foreign enterprise presence in Jurong in the near future.

A working meeting was subsequently held with the Deputy Mayor of Jurong, during which the local government presented a detailed overview of the city’s investment climate. Highlighted incentives included competitive land and labor costs, a highly efficient multimodal transport network, direct access to major ports, and a consistently welcoming stance toward foreign enterprises. The city’s rich historical heritage and its growing reputation as a travel destination were also noted as additional value-adds for international investors.

The discussions concluded on a positive note with a traditional Chinese banquet luncheon, during which the delegation experienced the city’s renowned hospitality and culinary culture—further reinforcing the mutual goodwill and the strong foundation for future cooperation.

Looking ahead, plans are underway to explore next steps, including preliminary feasibility studies and potential follow-up engagements, with both parties committed to translating this initial dialogue into tangible and mutually beneficial outcomes.
